"The quality of the hot tub is excellent ( Vita Envie ). All people we have dealt with at Sunset Spa have been very helpful. Dave the owner spent the time with us to answer any questions or problems we had. Three days after the spa startup the second pump failed. We phoned on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour a technician was at our house and discovered it was in fact a failed pump. A new pump was ordered and installed by Monday afternoon. We were still able to the spa with the one pump for the weekend. We are very happy with the quick response to our problem and the quick installation of the new pump. Unable to remember the technicians name, but he acted in a very professional manner through the whole repair process. With the quality of the spa, Their response to our pump replacement and after market service we will recommend this company to our friends and would be happy to buy from them again!!!"
