We loved this place so much, we sold our house with the new spa, moved and ordered another spa from this same company, 2yrs later. Problem is, the long time wait due to COVID, or otherwise. We are hoping that our loyalty to this company, and spending alot of money on another spa, won't keep us on the back burner much longer. Wife and I were in the market for a hot tub. Reviews pointed us to Sunset Spas in Glendale. Walked in off the street not knowing what to expect but right out of the gate Mark greeted us with a smile and showed us around the floor. He was cordial and very professional. He strategically walked us through the entire selection process. He asked a lot of qualifying questions to help us determine the right type of spa. He was very open and upfront regarding the order and delivery process. We don't like surprises and there were none to be had. Sunset Spas works with a third party vendor for the installation process and everything went as smooth as silk. We did have a 4 month wait for our spa BUT we are enjoying it now and couldn't be happier with Mark's recommendations. I continue to go back into the store for tips on spa care and Mark is ALWAYS happy to answer. He's also a cool person to talk to and owns a spa himself. If you are in the market for a spa and are considering anywhere else to shop I would say STOP. Head over to Sunset Spas in GLENDALE and talk to Mark!

We spontaneously stopped into Sunset Spas in Tucson, AZ in early February 2021. Dave the sales person was great! We checked out many spas and after discussing, we went back the next day and placed our order. We were told it would be delivered in May. We received an email in May saying it would be further delayed due to having a hard time getting parts/supplies to build AND so many orders. I hope it's not TOO much longer to get it. The back yard is ready (pad is in, surrounding landscaping is done) Will do a follow-up review once delivered.

Satisfaction at every step. During sales, they were straight forward, no hard sell, and delivered on what they said. The Covid delivery date was on target. The shipping company wheeled it on it’s side to its resting spot. Waiting for my entry level hot tub was the hardest part of this whole process.I did have some difficulties. They were promptly and effortlessly addressed. No blame, no accusatory tone just genuine help.We had an unusual location set up. When the cover was open it obscured the view of the back yard. They gave me additional hardware solving the problem. Worked great!I mentioned my chemical sensitivities to the sales people. The chemical kit that arrived with the tub was easy to use and keep the water balanced but not surprisingly were too harsh/reactive for my skin. No problem, they switched me to their alternative method, a frog ball. My skin is recovering and I am in heaven soaking in the hot tub.All the staff were very professional and wanted me to be happy. I am very happy. I highly recommend Sunset Spas for your hot tub needs.

If she sold the product and bought one, that is the best recommendation. We couldn’t ask for a better sales experience. Here are the details of my experience purchasing a spa from Sunset Spa’s:PRO’s:- Knowledgeable sales people- Large selection- Fair prices- Easy to do business with- Super fast delivery. Purchased on Saturday and they delivered it on Monday. Of course the SPA we selected was in stock, not back ordered.- The true test of a company is how they handle issues. We had an issue with the installation. Which they corrected the next day. Made a special trip out to our house to fix the issue.CON’s:- Make sure your site and electrical is ready when the installers arrive. The installers aren’t electricians so they can only connect service that is up to code. In my case the electrical whip was too short. Despite my electrician being on site the installers couldn’t wait for the electrician to replace the whip. They had to leave before the spa could be reassembled. The next day sunset sent someone out to make everything right.It’s been about almost a month since our new spa arrived. We are very happy with both the Spa and the buying experience. The installation wasn’t picture perfect but all was made right quickly.

This review is about our sales experience, and will be updated upon delivery, installation and use. That being said, we initially went to the place across the street, and being treated as rudely as we were, we came across Sunset Spas on the way back to the freeway. We were instantly greeted by both salespeople (even though they were with customers). Right away, felt at acknowledged. we walked around for a few minutes while others were being helped, then the sales manager came over to us, asked us a few questions (we have very specific requirements for the spa we wanted), he showed us two models, a special order, and an in stock. We went with the special order, at which point we mentioned that we were meeting someone for lunch. He told us it would take 10 minutes to place the order, we were out of their in 10 minutes. So happy with the way we were treated, with the available models they had, and all of the options we could customize. Well earned 5 stars!!!

By far the best hot tub place in town. I did a lot of research driving around to different places in Vegas and these guys had the best value for the money. There was no haggling as they had the best price in town for a superior hot tub... better than all of the competition. The delivery people were very nice, respectful, and courteous of my needs and special placement requests. UPDATE: the owner contacted me today, which means a lot, and said he would take care of the problem and said would look into issues that I had.First let me say that the buying and Delivery and set up were great are 5 stars, but warranty is one star. Now, moving forward i have few cracks that were pointed out to me and the spa is under warranty. i contacted the repair place and they forward it to Sunset spa owner and he said that the cracks were sun damaged. I had a cover on it sense day one and it sits in the shade most of the day... So much for standing by your product.

I stopped in for a replacement diverter valve for my hot tub. I explained my situation and he did some research. A few minutes later he told me he was happy to order the valve, but he wanted me to try tightening it first. If that didn't work he wanted me to bring in the valve to ensure he found the right part for he. He was efficient and helpful. I'll definitely return the next time I need help.

Outstanding product and customer service! Mitch took the time to help us (first time spa buyers) and went above and beyond when we had a few electrical issues on our end. He made sure we were able to get everything set-up and even walked us through a quick start-up, as well as offering to send someone over to show us all the bells and whistles and maintenance tricks that we were unable to do when it was first installed due to the electrical issues. love this place we looked at several places but these folks were able to answer our questions and we bought or hot tub on 6/3/2020. they were so busy we were told 14 to 16 weeks for delivery. our beautiful hot tub was delivered and set up on 8/28. the delivery crew was well prepared and got our spa up and running pretty quickly. now we are just waiting for it to warm up then its hot tub time.

We visited the store in Marana Arizona on the weekend of Memorial Day. David McKibben was working then and presented the option to my wife. Our goal was to have this spa before July 4th. David was so great with his approach of calm and no pressure sales. When we decided to purchase he told us that it might come after the date we needed it. We came to Sunset Spas in Glendale looking to purchase our 5th spa (we have left previous spas with the sale of the home). When we entered the store we were greeted by Mark and explained to him what we were looking for and options that were important to us. Upon listening to us Mark explained to us the spas they carry and the benefits, he was not providing a sales pitch but rather providing data to help us understand what Vita Spas offer. What impressed us most is that both Mark and Randy were more concerned about how we would use the spa and what model would work best for us versus trying to sell us the most expensive model on the floor. After two visits and really good conversations with them we decided on the Vita Spa Jolie model. Fast forward a few weeks later and from purchase to deliver and install we could not be more happier with our decision as the spa is exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend Sunset Spas, as a long time owner of a spa and working with spa dealers Mark and Randy were very knowledgeable and extremely helpful with the process.

Our first trip to Sunset Spas was a surprise. They had a great selection of spas right in the store. Then the next surprise was Dave McKibben. He sold us our previous spa several years ago and remembered us. He is so knowledgeable and we never felt like we were being pressured to buy. Dave went through the pro & cons for the type/size we wanted and ended up with the perfect spa. We needed to get an electrical line to the backyard & he recommended an electrician familiar with spas who turned out to be the cheapest of all the bids. From purchase right through delivery and setup, the communication was great & everything finished on time as promised. We’ve had our spa ~2 weeks and in it practically every night. Thank you, Dave. My husband met Randy at the home show at State Farm stadium, he went there to look around and ended up buying a hot-tub. He told me that he was so impressed with Randy’s patience in taking the time to answer every question that he knew this was the guy he wanted to work with. When I got back into town we went to meet Randy to confirm the sale and I could see why my husband liked him so much. Randy was so educated with the system and answered all our questions. After the install he suggested we come in for an orientation so we could learn everything we needed to know about our new hot-tub. He spent 2 hours going over everything from maintenance, care, chemicals, and just basic knowledge of our hot-tub. I have never been more impressed with a sales person, Randy is amazing!! If you are considering purchasing a hot-tub I highly recommend talking to Randy at Sunset Spas in Glendale!!

What an experience ! Dave is a great guy and very knowledgeable about the product. He even was able to complete a "hurry-up" for delivery of exactly the spa we wanted. Speaking of delivery, starting with the call alerting us that they would arrive in 30 minutes and ending with instruction on use, the delivery team was great. They dealt with the removal of our old spa and was able to position the new one facing how we wanted it. If you want a great spa and a great purchase experience, go see Dave at Sunset.

Sunset Spas provided us a wonderful experience in buying our first swim spa! Both Dave & Marie were very friendly, ensuring that all our questions were answered. We didn't have to haggle over any pricing because there were so many added features that we didn't really expect...IE: starting chemical kits, the exercise bands, the cover, the entry stairs and, for our circumstances, the delivery was simply made to our advantage. We also were encouraged to try out the spa in-store which we did. Marie was right there to answer our questions. She even made sure the spa was setup to our temperature preference before we arrived. She wasn't afraid to say, "I'm not sure about....(something)...I'll get an answer!" She always got back with the answer! They did followup calls for when we could expect delivery as well as after the delivery/install. Also, the delivery guys, Jack and Bob, made sure everything was setup to our wishes and explained all of the operations of the spa. Simply put, the whole process was professionally done! It's great to know that "good service" still exists in our hurry-up and buy/sell culture! We'd recommend Sunset Spas in Tucson to anyone that is thinking about any kind of spa investment!

This was our first spa purchase and we looked at all of the spa dealers in the Las Vegas / Henderson area and settled on Sunset Spa’s in Henderson. Robert was our salesperson and was no pressure and very knowledgeable about all of the products. We felt that their spa’s were the best built, and they offered us the best deal. Delivery and service were very good . We had a couple of small hiccups but Robert and Joe resolved them quickly and painlessly. Amazing quality, service and staff! My wife and I recently purchased a spa/gazebo combo and we could not have asked for a better experience. I made the mistake of not properly verifying the measurements and my pool deck wasn't large enough for the gazebo to fit properly. Todd Bates, Brian and the rest of the crew corrected that problem immediately. They adjusted the gazebo to where it could fit (and even altered the gazebo panels to open up higher so I could fit underneath better as I'm 6'5''.) They go above and beyond to make the customer happy and I honestly cannot recommend them enough. Thanks Todd, Brian and the rest of the amazing staff at Sunset Spas.

From the moment we walked in, we knew this was the place to purchase our first hot tub.Joe greeted us professionally and introduced us to all the hot tubs on the showroom floor. He answered all of our questions and informed us about financing, specials and different options that they offer.When we went back the second time, Robert sealed the deal for us. He wasn't pressuring like a car salesman or try to up sell us like a waiter. He made sure we got what we wanted for the price we wanted. Robert educated us about the quality and construction of the hot tub as well as maintenance and service. This is how all businesses should operate: great service, great products at a decent price. You get what you pay for. It's very simple.Once the hot tub was ready, I got a call regarding the delivery date. Everything went exactly according to plan; not one hiccup. I didn't know one thing about hot tubs; only enjoyed relaxing in them. Now that I'm an expert, I have to thank Sunset Spas for making my first hot tub purchase a flawless one. My husband and I decided that we were not ready to give up on our dream of having a pool, but we also knew that to do so would be financially irresponsible right now. And so, we decided to entertain the idea of getting a spa. We learned a lot in a very short time by conducting research and visiting every major retailer in the valley. In truth, we liked all of them. It is nice to know that Las Vegas attracts some good business people. However, when we met Todd at Sunset Spas and saw the American Whirlpool brand, we knew it was a perfect decision. Our spa was the only one that had seats of different depths, such as for a husband and wife of different heights. It was as if it was designed for us. Once you compare the specs, that is the amount of horsepower with the number of jets, combine that with the price, no one could beat Sunset Spas. Now that it is in our backyard, I am more than happy! In fact, it is by far a better decision than a swimming pool for us. Furthermore, the warranty is two years longer than any other dealer we encountered. We purchased a VITA Spa about 2.5 years ago from Sunset Spas. Back then, we bounced from place to place in the central and east valley, but, kept coming back to Sunset Spas because their sales reps seemed real and the information they relayed to us as buyers to appear honest. We were happy with the overall sales experience - delivery was easy and they even worked to get the hot tub installed on our timeline before Christmas but after we had a new paver patio installed for it to set on (which from purchase to delivery was less than two weeks).Fast forward almost two years later and the entire hot tub appeared to be causing the electrical circuit to blow. After an electrician was able to identify it likely to be with the hot tub itself, we had the warranty folks come out to look at it. The blower for the 'champagne bubbles' kept tripping, causing the entire system to trip. So, they replaced the blower at no cost (under warranty). A few days later, the same thing happened - the circuit kept tripping.To make a long story short, it was determined that it wasn't actually the blower that was at fault, but, a micro-crack in the shell of the hot tub itself, which was causing water to drop onto the blower, causing it to trip the circuit. We unplugged the blower (inside the hot tub housing) and there were no issues using the rest of the hot tub. Of course - "we've never seen something like this, the shell is never the issue, but, I can clearly see a micro-crack," the rep said.While it did take about three months and some continuous reminders on my end (and I think the original warranty employee I had been talking to had left the company), Sunset/Vita/MAXX ended up replacing the entire hot tub. From a 2016 model to a new 2018 model - and this was not something I had requested. They admitted to it likely be a manufacturing mistake and wanted to inspect the original hot tub to learn from their mistakes and improve. I was impressed by this approach - both from a customer service standpoint as well as the fact that the company wanted to learn from a mistake rather than run from it.I would 100% recommend MAXX/Vita as well as Sunset Spas!

Sunset Spas is a great place, I went in to check on having my hot tub repaired. They didn't work on my brand of tub, but gave me the name and number of the warehouse that carried parts for my tub and a list of repair men that worked on my brand of tub. He took the time to explain the process and also what chemicals I should be using to prolong the life of the tub. He didn't try to sell me anything, it's rare to find a business that time with someone that isn't even a customer. I will be in the future.Very honest.

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by Dave, who asked me what I was looking for. After I looked at all of the numerous spas that they had in their showroom, I decided on one. I talked more with Dave, and he talked me into upgrading to a different spa for a few more dollars and ALOT more features, and I'm so glad that I did! After my spa was delivered and set up, I was in heaven! Fast forward to today. I was checking my spa and noticed that the valve for the waterfall was not working. I called the store, and explained my problem, and to my surprise, they said come on down and we'll have a new valve waiting for you. BOTTOM LINE: If you want the best bang for your buck and GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE, go see the guys at Sunset Spas on Bell rd!!! You will not be sorry!

Dawn showed us what was available in their showroom. She knows every detail about Spas. When we decided on a model, color and options, she wrote everything down that we were getting and went over in detail so that there would be no surprises. Everything was very clear as to financing, delivery time and what was needed to be done for electrical hookup. The electrician performed the hookup in a timely manner. Recommend using their electrician.Delivery was 4 days ahead of schedule. Absolutely LOVE Dave and the whole crew at Sunset Spas. I've purchased several tubs from them over the years (new and used) and have always been 100% satisfied. The tubs, pricing, buying process and after-sale service were all very comfortable. Dave and his team know their Tubs/Spas and never tried to push me into a larger or higher priced model. Bought a spa from these guys about a year and a half ago and it recently got a minor leak. It was still under warranty but I was expecting a hassle getting it fixed, like pulling teeth. You know how some warranties can be...anyway, this was the opposite experience. They were super nice and had it fixed within a week, 100% covered. I liked that they could come fix it while I was at work, without me needing to be home. They also cleaned up after themselves and refilled the tub for me. Thanks broski's!

We bought our Sunset Spa at the home show back in March. Our spa was delivered after construction time with meticulous care. It was exactly as described and ordered, easy to set up and we were enjoying our spa within days of delivery. Dave (over the phone) was very helpful getting us educated on the proper use of chemicals and the overall operation of the spa and explained it like he was right there. We had an emergency yesterday and the care, concern and assurance provided by both Dave and Rich were unmatched. They walked us through the steps and everything turned out as they had stated. We cannot thank Sunset Spas and especially Dave and Rich for their assistance and couldn't be happier with our purchase and buying from Sunset Spas!!!

The quality of the hot tub is excellent ( Vita Envie ). All people we have dealt with at Sunset Spa have been very helpful. Dave the owner spent the time with us to answer any questions or problems we had.Three days after the spa startup the second pump failed. We phoned on a Friday afternoon. Within an hour a technician was at our house and discovered it was in fact a failed pump.A new pump was ordered and installed by Monday afternoon.We were still able to the spa with the one pump for the weekend. We are very happy with the quick response to our problem and the quick installation of the new pump.Unable to remember the technicians name,but he acted in a very professional manner through the whole repair process.With the quality of the spa,their response to our pump replacement and after market service we will recommend this company to our friends and would be happy to buy from them again!!!

My husband and I decided to put in a hot tub. We tried a couple of other dealers, but they were very high pressure and gave us the feeling we were dealing with con artists. Then we found Sunset Spas, they were very patient with us, listened, and answered every question we could have.and they gave us a great deal on a Maax Spa. We never felt pressured, and they didn't try to hard sell us. They even gave us a class in how to take care of our hot tub. If you need a spa and hot tub dealer, they get my vote for sure. We purchased a hot tub from Sunset Spas recently and were extremely pleased with not only the quality of the tub we bought but also the great customer service we received from the owner Dave. Dave took extra time to be sure we understood how to take care of our hot tub; from how to do the water chemistry to what to do when we go away for the summertime. We always like to support local businesses and in this case, I don't think we could have made a better decision. I'd recommend Sunset Spas to anyone looking for a great deal on a spa.
